Made in Adria by Laura Beltrami, the artisan donkey ragù is a sauce with an intense, deep character, made with genuine ingredients and an entirely hand-crafted preparation.

It contains 60% donkey meat, tomato passata, celery, onion, red wine, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, spices and aromatic herbs: a balanced mix that gives the dish robust, authentic flavours, just like in the old days.

Every jar is the result of careful, hand-made production, with no shortcuts and no preservatives, to bring a truly special ragù to your table.
